Job Description

We are looking for a technical business analyst to understand vendor built applications in their final stage of delivery.

1.       Understand the functional operation of the application and work closely with developers to identify bugs, refinements, and future releases.

2.       Work closely with a mostly offshore vendor who is near the end of their existing contract

3.       Written skills for documenting features and functionality

4.       Experience working closely with offshore and onsite developers

5.       Software validation and testing for web applications

6.       Light project management skills for status reports, budget tracking, and risk mitigation

7.       Bonus for people with experience in utilities
