SharePoint Support Specialist
Responsibilities
· Work closely with end users to provide high touch support for web based applications
· Work with users to define and understand their application needs / requirements
· Train users on the usage of the new technology
· Work closely with the application and broader IT team to resolve user issues
· Understand complex regulatory and organizational policies and processes
· Technical documentation of the release process and overall application management
· Functional documentation including requirements, process diagrams, mockups, and diagrams
· Offer suggestions to users for improving process with technical components
· Basic windows administration
· Application administration

Key Skills
· Experience working in IT or support related industry
· Experience supporting executives or high level staff
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong skills with Microsoft Office
· Associate degree or greater
Pluses
· Web based technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint
· Familiarity with Microsoft administrative tools: Remote Desktop Connection Manager, Group Policy management, ActiveDirectory, PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, Sharegate, ULSViewer,
· Familiarity with IT and Software Tools: Visio, Jira, GIT, Visual Studio Team Foundation Server
